As a Sales Development Representative you will be in charge of:
- Drive Sales through pre-qualifying leads, running outbound sales campaigns, objection handling, and ultimately generating demo meetings for Account executive team
- Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and lead database
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve emailing sequences, calls scripts, improve sales materials, call strategies, and messaging
- Qualify leads from outbound and inbound campaigns using ICP and BANT qualification frameworks
- Manage objections and address concerns that leads may have in order to schedule a demo call
- Hit and consistently exceed quarterly targets
What you bring with you:
- A first experience in a similar SDR role selling B2B tech products is mandatory
- Ability to understand and communicate our product to a business buyer
- Mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills
- Diligent maintenance of sales records in CRM
- High-energy and results-driven
- Positive attitude and “love of selling”
- Full fluency in french, the ability to express your ideas clearly in persuasive calls and written communication, fluency in English is a plus
