As a Sales Development Representative you will be in charge of:

  • Drive Sales through pre-qualifying leads, running outbound sales campaigns, objection handling, and ultimately generating demo meetings for Account executive team
  • Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and lead database
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to improve emailing sequences, calls scripts, improve sales materials, call strategies, and messaging
  • Qualify leads from outbound and inbound campaigns using ICP and BANT qualification frameworks
  • Manage objections and address concerns that leads may have in order to schedule a demo call
  • Hit and consistently exceed quarterly targets

What you bring with you:  

  • A first experience in a similar SDR role selling B2B tech products is mandatory
  •  Ability to understand and communicate our product to a business buyer
  •  Mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills
  •  Diligent maintenance of sales records in CRM
  •  High-energy and results-driven
  •  Positive attitude and “love of selling”
  •  Full fluency in french, the ability to express your ideas clearly in persuasive calls and written communication, fluency in English is a plus
